General Guidelines
- No purchase is necessary to enter, unless otherwise indicated in the contest release.
- All contests and promotions are governed by and subject to all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws.
- Contests and promotions are void where prohibited.
Participant Guidelines
- Our contests and promotions are open to all willing participants in the United State who are 18 years of age or older.
- Employees of BSM Media and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or participate.
- You can only enter each contest or promotion once, unless otherwise specified! Separate user accounts are not considered separate identities.
Prize and Entry Guidelines
- Contest prizes are not eligible for exchange or transfer of any kind.
- We retain the right to replace any prize with a gift certificate of the same value.
- Contest entries containing offensive or inappropriate material will be disqualified. This may consist of (but is not limited to) demeaning, racist, sexist language, profanity, and/or sexually explicit material.
- Entrants must maintain the content of their entries does not violate or infringe upon any copyrights or trademarks.
- We claim ownership of all contest-generated content and reserve the right to use such content throughout the site, in marketing materials, or however else we see fit.
Limitations of Liability
- BSM Media and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents disclaim any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access any web site or download materials, damage to a user’s computer system (hardware & software) due to participation in any contest or promotion, or late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or mechanically reproduced entries.
- If in the opinion of BSM Media, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of a contest or promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of a contest or promotion, BSM Media reserves the right to terminate the contest or promotion, and award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination.
- Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of any contest or promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by BSM Media. Entrants agree to hold harmless BSM Media from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with their participation and/or entry in any contest or promotion and/or the awarding or use of any prize awarded.
- Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram are in no way officially affiliated with any BSM Media contest or promotion.
