Last week I spent a couple of days at one of my favorite events – Toy Fair! Lots of new toys and books are launching, and well-known brands are showing their latest and greatest entries in the toy market. A quick overview is below and I’ll have plenty of reviews with video clips here and on MomTV, so check back often.
A few new finds include:
My Friend Huggles – a line of educational, socially conscious products featuring adorable dolls that “teach beauty from the inside out.”
Scribble Down (PlaSmart Toys) – activity packs in several themes to please boys and girls of all ages. Lets children create their own scenes with “Scribble Down” images that we loved as kids ourselves!
UBooly – a magical stuffed animal that listens. An iPhone and iPod touch version also available.
Bubble Tubbie by Epiphany Schwarz – A hardcover book, plastic bathtub book with LED light and an iPad app make up this colorful, multi-platform package for children.
